    Nancy Eschbach, LCSW is a seasoned licensed clinical social worker with more than 30 years of experience. During this time, she has held a variety of leadership positions within the non-profit area while helping others cope with a variety of concerns. She has been the Director of Social Work for NorthShore University HealthSystem as well as the long term Director of the Perinatal Family Support Center at NorthShore where she provided clinical services to patients. Nancy believes strongly in the resilience of the human spirit and seeks to help others heal and improve their mental well-being.

    Charlotte Walker, LCSW is an experienced clinical social worker with over 15 years experience. Prior to joining our practice, Char was a therapist with Integrative Medicine at NorthShore University HealthSystem for many years. Char's approach to therapy is centered on the belief that everyone has inherent strengths and wisdom. She focuses on a joint working relationship with her clients to develop a path to meaningful insights into his or her life. ​ Char's expertise is in using mind/body integrative techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, gentle humor and mindfulness-based practices such as hypnotherapy, guided imagery and relaxation breathing. She remains a resource worker for the NorthShore University HealthSystem Perinatal Depression Program, home of the 24/7 MOMS Hotline. Jessica is fluent in Spanish and enjoys working with Hispanic/Latinx clients as a complement to her work as the Director of Behavioral Health for a community-based primary health care center on the southwest side of Chicago.     As a bilingual, bicultural social worker, I’ve worked with individuals from a variety of backgrounds for more than 25 years and pride myself on meeting clients where they are in their journey. My areas of expertise include trauma informed care, perinatal mood issues, domestic violence, chronic and acute illness and life transitions as well as anxiety, depression and grief/loss. I utilize several therapeutic approaches in my work: CBT, mindfulness, strength based and psychodynamic. However, as a believer in one size doesn’t fit all, I strive to provide interventions that are based on the unique needs and strengths of the individual.
